TSG HEAD (BULACAN / PALAWAN / BATANGAS)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for securing and issuing all plans and specifications to be used at the project site during
  construction.
• Reviews Structural, Architectural and MEPF plans to detect possible conflicts and identify possible change.
• Orders or additional works. Reviews all For Construction Drawings against actual site conditions.
• Coordinates updates, revisions, and concerns to Engineering, Operations and Consultants.
• Supervises the CAD Operator in the issuance of all plans to be used as reference of layout and details
  during construction.
• Evaluates and approves all shop drawings and detailed drawings to be used as attachments for RFIs and RFAs.
• Coordinates with the Project Superintendent and Site/Project Manager for methodologies to be used for the project.
• Evaluates and approves materials to be used in accordance to technical specifications as approved by
  the client and consultant.
• Coordinates with CARD and client to secure all requirements for Building Permit application.
• Ensures the accuracy of As-built drawings that will be used for the application of Occupancy Permit and
  will be transmitted to client after.
• Assists the Project Manager and Planning Engineer in the preparation of necessary attachments to be
  used in the PEP presentation and cost proposals.
• Organizes and updates CAD files.
• Prepares reports on pending submittals to expedite responses.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Graduate of Engineering/Architecture (Preferably with license).
