Document Controller / Finance Assistant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiates, processes, and verifies all documents of the Finance department.
  • Establishes and maintains a recordkeeping system for the Finance Department.
  • Inputs transactions and administers a database.
  • Coordinates with internal team to ensure that Finance needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Reviews database and advises Finance Head of any concern.
  • Works closely with the Finance Head and performs other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College degree.
  • 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be self-motivated, pro-active, focused, and confident, thrive under pressure, calm, firm in decision-making, cooperative, politically savvy, with personal integrity, diligent and honest.
  • Organized, efficient, can think outside the box, devoted to the success of the project/ contract, resourceful, results-focused, and possesses risk management and problem-solving skills. Articulate, approachable, persuasive, good verbal, and non-verbal communication, listening skills, emotional intelligence, and courteous.
  • Must possess good safekeeping of records critical to proper documentation and ensure tasks are completed and documented.
