Document Controller / Comp & Ben Associate

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain and updates digital and electronic records of employees’ 201 files, contracts, and memo Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews. Documentation and keeping of billing/s, General documents per project, Contracts, and Permits Coordination with liaison for the ongoing permits.
  • Ensuring documentation of all legal documents of the company in order to maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist in all preparations needed for Employee Engagement events Properly document all standard forms and templates used by HR Assist the HR Assistant Supervisor in the growing volume of comp and ben deliverables.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to manage office operations.
  • Advanced ability to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
  • In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources.
