Human Resources Associate (Boracay)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the HRAD Manager in drafting HR Memos, Policies, and announcements.
  • Provide additional Recruitment support to all Boracay site vacancies
  • Conduct new hire orientations.
  • Work with the Training Officer and help determine training needs for Site Employees.
  • Disseminate all HR communications to the sites and ensure that all site employees and workers receive and understand all announcements.
  • Assist in handling the disciplinary cases and ensure proper notices and penalties are implemented.
  • Monitor contracts of project employees and apply necessary changes as needed.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Complete employee exit paper works and exit interviews.
  • Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate professional growth and development.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
  • 2 – 3 years in either HR/Corporate Communication or Internal/Engagement role
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of HR  is preferred
