Purchasing Officer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Weekly reporting of regarding issues and other concern on management
  • Approval & Checking of P.O request, accounts & history in QB
  • Approval & Checking of Canvass Sheet, Cash transaction, and etc.
  • Monthly reporting regarding Purchase order quantity, amount per project, accredited supplier etc.
  • Monthly update regarding change management concern
  • Checking of all monitoring and oversee the transaction for every project
  • Implement new rules, monitoring and other things to improve in the department
  • Develops a purchasing strategy.
  • Manages other members of purchasing team through their concerns

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Administration or a related field
  • Length of Related Prior Work Experience: At least 3year(s) experience as purchasing supervisor or any related field
  • Competencies Required: Strong supervisory and leadership skills, computer proficiency (Microsoft-Excel, Word, Power-point & Google-sheet), interpersonal skills; organizational skills; attention to details; knowledge to construction; good judgement and sound-decision making abilities, must have a high level of integrity and honesty
