Training Officer

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as Training Officer.
  • Strong experience in learning and development. Implementing leadership training programs is a plus.
  • Possesses the ability to manage multiple project activities successfully and simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Can Handle Recruitment of staff level
  • Handle Employee movements (Transfer and Promotion)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Identify training and development needs within an organization’s job analysis and appraisal schemes.
  • Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
  • Monitoring staff performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
  • Drafting instructional manuals and other relevant documentation.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees.
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
