KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Proven working experience as Training Officer.
Strong experience in learning and development. Implementing leadership training programs is a plus.
Possesses the ability to manage multiple project activities successfully and simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Can Handle Recruitment of staff level
Handle Employee movements (Transfer and Promotion)
QUALIFICATIONS
Identify training and development needs within an organization’s job analysis and appraisal schemes.
Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
Monitoring staff performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
Drafting instructional manuals and other relevant documentation.
Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
Monitor and review the progress of trainees.
Amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
