WORKSHOP OFFICER – HEAD OFFICE

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor operator, light and heavy equipment activities at the project.
  • Do proper coordination to site operations about equipment concerts.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in equipment and asset workflow.
  • Distribute EDU to operators for monitoring and billing purposes
  • Collect EDU from project after approval and submitted to Equipment and Asset Finance Section for billing purposes
  • Oversee actual repair and maintenance of light and heavy equipment at site and maintain parts needed.
  • Request for parts and components of equipment as requested to replace.
  • Receive, inspects and verifies parts delivered from Head Office based on specification, quantity and sample to standard.
  • Inventory and monitoring of Heavy Equipment, Service Vehicles, parts, tools, and status to issued project.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree of engineering, mechanical or industrial technology
  • Length of Related Prior Work Experience: At least 2-year(s) work experience related in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
  • Competencies Required: Strong technical knowledge of the workshop’s equipment, machinery, and tools is crucial. Leadership skills, Communication skills, problem-solving skills, Organizational skills.
